Alain Pons
Global Managing Partner, Audit, Deloitte

Alain Pons was named Global Managing Partner, Audit, on 1 June 2007. Pons joined Deloitte France in 1980 and became a partner in 1988. He led the audit group serving the firm's largest MNCs from 1998 to 2000 at which time he became Managing Partner of the national audit practice. Since 2004, he has also acted as the Deputy CEO of the French firm.

Pons has been a member of the global Audit Leadership Team since 2000 and has served on the DTT Board of Directors since 2004. He is a graduate of the ESCP business school in Paris and a certified public accountant.
