Pierre Delsaux
Director, European Commission

Pierre Delsaux is Director of Free Movement of Capital, Company Law and Corporate Unit, within the Directorate General for Internal Market and Services at the European Commission.

Previously, Pierre was Secretary of the Lamfalussy Group. He career within the European Commission has included working in the Directorate General Competition (1991-1994) and the Directorate General Internal Market.

After studying law at the University of Liège, he obtained his Master of Law at the Northwestern University in 1983. He was a Legal Secretary at the Court of Justice from 1984 to 1987.
